Choose a feature, not a finish
When a host asks for an upgrade, establish whether flushing, washing or another feature is the priority. Those choices can affect both equipment and service. Compare the proposed cabin against that requirement before deciding whether a trailer is necessary.
Specify the upgrade you want
Deluxe is a category, not a universal specification. Some proposals may include flushing, an internal sink or other convenience features; others differ. List the features your users need and have the rental contact identify the actual model. A nicer exterior alone does not establish washing provision, lighting or accessible entry.
Compare a cabin with a trailer
A flushing portable unit and a restroom trailer are different arrangements. Review the number of people using the facilities, expected visit pattern and available approach. If considering a trailer, discuss its setup, utilities and space separately. Avoid ordering a larger category when a targeted feature would answer the actual need.
Keep supplies and service in the quote
Ask how the proposed system is replenished and attended during the rental. Explain long event hours or concentrated breaks. Confirm who receives service questions and what to do if a feature stops working. Do not add chemicals, connect unapproved utilities or modify the unit to imitate an advertised feature.
