Keep temporary facilities useful during an occupied repair
If work at a Green Cove Springs property interrupts bathrooms while other areas remain occupied, explain who needs temporary access and for how long. Separate residents, staff and contractors where their use differs. Compare the proposed facilities with the permanent options still usable.
Confirm the change back to permanent bathrooms
The repair finish and the end of temporary use may differ. Tell the business when the replacement facilities are genuinely available, then confirm collection. Do not assume finishing one trade’s work closes the rental automatically.
When should a repair rental end?
Use the point at which the regular bathrooms can actually be used, not merely a contractor's estimated completion date. Arrange an extension if that point moves and confirm collection separately. Tell the rental contact if occupants still depend on temporary facilities while inspections, reconnection or finishing work remains outstanding.

Toilets, washing and accessible needs
Explain the bathroom functions that are missing and the people who need them. Standard cabins, upgraded units, accessible options and trailers are different arrangements. Ask for the actual model and relevant specifications; a category image cannot establish what will fit or which features are included. Washing and the route to facilities need their own consideration.
Use dates, attention and collection
Include the busiest period and any staff present before or after public use. Discuss cleaning, supplies and a usable supplier approach during the rental. Request extensions or changes through the business and confirm pickup rather than assuming the last day of work schedules collection. These are general planning questions; availability and the installation are reviewed for the exact address.
