Describe peaks rather than choosing from a photo
A row of cabins in a website image does not establish the right quantity for your occasion. Give attendance patterns, duration, staff use and existing bathrooms. Have the proposal explain the arrangement for the busiest period.
Start with the people present at one time
For events, describe simultaneous attendance, turnover, staff and the timing of breaks. For worksites, explain the largest crew, shifts and usable permanent bathrooms. A total guest list or project headcount is only a starting point. Give the rental contact the pattern of use so quantities and service can be reviewed together.
Count functions as well as cabins
Accessible facilities, washing and convenience features need their own discussion. A trailer stall and a basic cabin are not automatically equivalent for every layout or programme. Consider how people reach the facilities and whether demand is concentrated in separate parts of the property.
Review the recommendation when plans change
Ask for the assumptions behind the proposal and explain any uncertainty in attendance or duration. Revisit the plan if the schedule expands or existing bathrooms become unavailable. This guide does not provide a universal guest ratio, a construction compliance certificate or a guaranteed queue time.

Equipment and intended use
Have the proposed model, quantity and needed features identified in the quote. Explain available permanent facilities and the busiest users. Confirm suitability for the property with the responsible contact.
Visits and responsibility
Review delivery, attention, supply replenishment and collection together. Keep the accepted dates and access arrangements with the site contact. Ask how changes, service questions and removal requests should be handled.
