Trailer access before the event build
Discuss the trailer position before tents and furniture narrow the entrance. Have the venue review the arrival route and actual connection requirements. Include removal access in the same conversation so breakdown does not leave the trailer enclosed.
Compare comfort features individually
Restroom trailers can provide a different guest experience from individual cabins, but layouts and features vary. Ask about stalls, flushing, washing, lighting and any temperature-control features in the actual proposal. A category image is not confirmation of a particular trailer. Include accessible needs at the start rather than treating stairs as suitable for everyone.
Check the complete setup footprint
Allow for towing access, positioning, steps or an appropriate access arrangement, open doors and servicing. Tell the business about turns, gates, slopes and any limited setup window. Review power, water and wastewater requirements for the named model with the supplier. Do not assume an outlet or hose on the property is suitable.
Include arrival and breakdown access
The trailer must be reachable before and after the occasion. Coordinate with tents, catering, parked cars and other suppliers. Confirm who manages utilities and who requests collection. If the schedule changes, obtain an updated arrangement rather than disconnecting or moving the equipment without instructions.
